Our President's Awards are back for 2026, and we are now welcoming nominations from across the wider world of junior golf. The window for nominations will close on July 31st.
The awards return to Wentworth this year and will be taking place on the Tuesday of the BMW PGA Championship. Golf Foundation president Nick Dougherty will once again present special awards to the individuals and projects that have helped the Golf Foundation achieve its aim of making the introduction of golf to young people fun, inclusive and inspiring.
We are asking our friends in golf to nominate a worthy individual or project in one of the categories outlined below.
Previous Golf Foundation Award winners are welcome as nominees, provided they continue to champion our mission of providing young people with a fun and inclusive introduction to golf, the chance to play regularly and develop lifelong skills.

Outstanding Service to Junior Golf
Given to an individual for longstanding, outstanding service to junior golf, recognising those who have dedicated their time and energy to nurturing the next generation of golfers.

Junior Club of the Year
Awarded to clubs that have gone above and beyond in their commitment to junior golf, whether through delivery, innovation or results.

Young Spirit of Golf
A junior golfer or volunteer who exemplifies the values of golf and inspires other young people to play.

Unleash Your Drive School of the Year
A school that has fully embraced Unleash Your Drive, delivering the mental toughness tools to their pupils and seeing the results and impact first hand.
