Our Unleash Your Drive in the Community programme combines fun, games-based golf activities with practical mental toughness tools that young people can use both on the course and in everyday life. Through these creative games, young people learn how to build confidence, focus, resilience and self-belief—lifelong skills that reach far beyond their sessions.
Young people are introduced to easy-to-use techniques such as Positive Self-Reflection, the Square of Concentration, Visualisation and more. These tools help them handle pressure, stay calm, and approach challenges with a stronger mindset.
Programme Overview
Our Unleash Your Drive programme blends mental toughness, resilience-building and life skills with engaging, accessible golf games. Across each session, young people gradually develop both technical skills and mental toughness tools—including focus, breathing strategies, visualisation, emotional control and positive self-reflection.
The Unleash Your Drive in the Community programme supports your organisation in bringing golf to your setting while providing the mental toughness tools that make a real difference to young people’s wellbeing.
