Unleash Your Drive

Following the success of our Unleash Your Drive programme in schools, we launched Unleash Your Drive in Clubs in 2025.

Is your Junior Hub looking to strengthen school-club connections, attract new junior players and build a sustainable pathway into your club or facility?

The club-based sessions are designed specifically for beginners and focus on fun, games, core golf skills and mental toughness tools. Children use Player Trackers, take part in challenges across putting, chipping, pitching and long game, and are gradually introduced to the golf environment – and the course where appropriate.

Why this works for Junior Hubs

This isn’t about one-off activity. It’s about building sustainable junior pipelines.

Unleash Your Drive in Clubs helps Junior Hubs to:

  • Reduce drop-off between school and club

  • Create a welcoming first experience of club golf

  • Strengthen relationships with local schools and communities

  • Grow regular junior participation and coaching pathways

What’s included for your club or facility

Junior Hubs delivering Unleash Your Drive in Clubs will receive:

  • Afull Unleash Your Drive in Clubs resource box, including lesson plans, Player Trackers and activity materials (image below)

HOW WE DO THIS

Unleash Your Drive in Schools is a comprehensive, teacher-led programme that runs over six weeks. After years of research, the programme was developed alongside mental toughness experts to bring vital mental strengthening skills to young people. The mental toughness tools are built into the programme across six weeks of fun golf games and a simple introduction to the sport, with adapted equipment that is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Teachers can learn how to deliver using our online training, then follow printed and digital resources for each week, while a built-in evaluation process means you get a personalised Impact Report, showing how much your young people have improved their xxxxx.

The kids were kinder to themselves and each other, and they were more willing to learn
