Our playing ambassador Graeme Storm starred in the Youth Sport Trust’s popular series called #YSTAfterSchool Club on YouTube (March 4). The online club is a hit with children, parents and teachers as regular sessions cover multiple sports, for home use and in perfect timing for a return to activity in our schools.
Graeme co-hosted the live event for the Trust, a great charity we partner to introduce golf in more than 3,000 schools. You can still watch Graeme and co-host Jenna Downing’s session below.
Graeme took us through three of our very accessible putting games for new players, showing youngsters the way to putt in fun activity that can now be enjoyed at home or in school
The twice European Tour winner was recently selected as the Youth Sport Trust’s ‘National School Champion’ – never a truer title! Before the Covid crisis Graeme had given his time and expertise to support 16 local schools in his home area around Hartlepool and his enthusiasm remains undimmed. It’s fantastic to see a busy international sportsperson happy to give something back like this!
