Our team wishes to thank everyone once again who donated to our ‘Big Give’ #ChristmasChallenge21 in December, but one person deserves extra appreciation for teeing it all up!
To make ‘matched-funding’ work so that every £1 we received counted double, we were always relying on the generosity of a special person or group to create a starting pot of £1,000. For this campaign this was started thanks to the huge generosity of one individual, Andreas Feller. Andreas is a super-keen golfer who wanted to support our charity’s work that can change young lives through golf.
So a huge thanks to Andreas from our team, a fantastic donation for the Golf Foundation!
And thanks to the help of other golf-lovers out there we raised £2,830 over the Big Give week. This funding will allow more children to enjoy golf, develop life skills, and improve their social well-being. See our impact here.
