The Golf Foundation were delighted to team up with the UNDERRATED Golf Tour on their recent visit to Walton Heath for the UK tour of their latest competition.
The Tour was on site for three days with the best golfers vying for the chance to win qualification into the Curry Cup Tour in the US – led by UNDERRATED Founder Stephen Curry, who was the brainchild behind the whole concept.
On day one of the event at Walton Heath, the Golf Foundation brought along a group from the Tamil Golfers Association, who were given a tour of the course and had the chance to watch some of the competitors tee it off on the course, as well as meeting European UNDERRATED ambassador Henni Koyack.
The group, featuring youngsters aged from two up to the age of 12 who came from all four corners of London, were then taken to the driving range and given the opportunity to hit a few shots themselves, as well as learning from Kezaia Dimosi – the former Wentworth Club scholar who was also one of the US UNDERRATED stars of 2023.
“Heartfelt thanks to the Golf Foundation and UNDERRATED Golf for inviting the TGA Juniors to the UNDERRATED European Tour event at the picturesque Walton Heath golf Club,” said one of the parents in attendance from the TGA.
“Our young golfers had an incredible experience watching, participating, and learning. Thank you for inspiring the next generation of champions.”
