Unleash Your Drive – Monthly Prize Draws Terms and Conditions

In entering our Prize Draws, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and agree to the terms and conditions.

Our Prize Draws are open to participants over the age of 18 and resident in the UK only. Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws are open to all except employees of the Golf Foundation, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

Our prize draws are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary:

• Paid entry method: Each entry that is purchased must be accompanied by a correct answer to be entered into the draw. Official entry can be made through the UYD website. You can enter as many times as you like.
• Free entry method: Write or type your full name and address including postcode (no P.O. Box addresses accepted), email address, prize draw month and answer on either a postcard or letter to: The Golf Foundation, Ambition Broxbourne Business Centre, Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 0FJ. No hand delivered mail accepted. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. Illegible entries will be void. Only one entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard. Entries must be received by the last day of the applicable entry period. The Golf Foundation is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or late entries. You can enter as many times as you like.

Through both entry routes, only entries submitted with a correct answer will be entered into the Prize Draw and eligible to win the prizes outlined each month.

Winners will be selected using a random process from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via email (from details provided at entry) within seven (7) days of being drawn and announced on the Golf Foundation’s website.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Golf Foundation reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Foundation’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The Golf Foundation accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draws or accepting a prize.

The decision of The Golf Foundation in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize Draws are run by The Golf Foundation, Ambition Broxbourne Business Centre, Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 0FJ.

Wentworth Club Conditions

All participants in the Unleash Your Drive Final must be able to play to a certain standard. Handicap limits are 24 (Male) and 36 (female).

Those without a valid WHS Number must be able to meet minimum handicap limit through valid WHS number or verified means by August 2024.

The Golf Foundation reserves the right to withdraw the Unleash Your Drive Final offer to participants if the event of any handicap queries.
